Afterburn: A cross between strength training and cardio creates an amazing fat-burning workout that burns up to 1,000 calories an hour! Check it out here.

AquaFit: This class is designed to improve flexibility and promote strength and cardiovascular endurance. It is performed to music while moving through intermediate-depth water. This program reduces impact on the joints and promotes muscle balance.

BeyondBarre: BeyondBarre is a full body workout! BeyondBarre kicks up the intensity of the typical barre exercise program with its unique one of a kind cardio series. We have combined small, precise muscle movements and isometric holds to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch the muscles. See it here.

BeyondBarre Fit: BeyondBarre Fit is a fitness-based strength class that uses props such as a small ball, resistance bands, and weights. See a sample here.

BeyondBarre Grace: BeyondBarre Grace is a graceful, ballet-focused workout that incorporates Pilates along with yoga-inspired movement and stretching. Watch a sample here.

Boom Move: Boom Move is a higher intensity dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. Move is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class focuses on cardio endurance by starting with simple dance moves then building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout. See it here.

Boom Muscle: Boom Muscle incorporates athletic-based exercises that improve upper body conditioning. You’ll move through several “blocks,” which are groups of exercises that focus on different muscle groups. The focus of this class is on toning muscles and building overall strength. Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga is an hour of gently flowing basic yoga poses focused on balance, stability, and core strength. Chairs are available for those needing additional support.

Group Active®: Group Active® is an innovative one-hour workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, builds total-body strength, and enhances movement health for daily life. Hip-Hop Bootcamp: Hip-Hop Bootcamp is a full-body bootcamp style workout set to a motivating and fun Hip-Hop soundtrack designed to give you a combination strength and cardio workout.

Industrial Strength: A program that combines old-school tools with modern science to help you get stronger, slimmer and more athletic using heavier loads and fewer reps. See it in action here.

PowerCycle: PowerCycle is a cycling-based workout designed to push body and mind to the sweet spot where true focus and potential are unlocked. PowerCycle combines elements from HIIT training, endurance training, steady state training, and strength training into a seamless, inspiring experience woven together through a carefully curated playlist and thoughtful coaching from a USAT certified 3X IRONMAN.

Prana Flow Yoga: Prana Flow Yoga is Shiva Rea-inspired open level creative and rhythmic vinyasa sequence. The unique evolutionary vinyasa encompasses meditation, pranayama and, of course, plenty of asana. You will leave this class feeling completely liberated and energized!

Restorative Yoga: This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. It is conscious relaxation and makes use of props to create positions of ease and comfort that facilitate relaxation and health.

Run Club: An interactive running program designed to improve fitness, create performance gains in a shared activity with other runners. Runners will learn a simplistic time and effort-based training system that is time-manageable, safe, highly effective, and useful for a lifetime. Must be able to jog easy for 15 minutes without stopping to participate.

Sculpt: A total body workout consisting of calorie torching cardio, resistance bands, core, balance and strength training exercises.

Silver Sneakers Circuit: The Silver Sneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-help weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. See the class in action here.

Silver Sneakers Classic: Silver Sneakers Classic is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels. See the class in action here.

Silver Sneakers Splash: Silver Sneakers Splash is a fun, exercise class in intermediate-depth water. Splash utilizes a signature splash-board to increase movement and intensity options. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is safe for non-swimmers. This water class offers many benefits when used for aerobic exercise and resistance training.

Silver Sneakers Yoga: Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Slow and Strong Yoga Flow: This class will focus on gaining focus and strength through slow flow and long holds. Tap into your inner strength and focus.

Spin Boot Camp: Leave your bike shoes in your gym bag! Bring water, wear athletic shoes, and get ready to sweat. Bootcamp meets Spinning. 60 minutes of cardio and resistance training.

SPIN Flex: The Spinning® classes you love are great for cardio training and lower body muscular fitness, but what about your upper body? SPIN Flex is the answer for Spinning enthusiasts who love to ride but also need a total body workout in a short  amount of time. You begin the class on the bike and finish off the bike with full-body strength training designed to balance your body and build total body fitness.

Spinning: This is a high-energy indoor cycling class with great music and motivating instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills and sprints while burning calories all the way! See what it looks like.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Vinyasa Flow is the pairing of the breath and movement into a dynamic flow. Class begins with a breath set up to help ground participants and set a focus for the class. Next comes a series of postures that challenge the body in order to gain strength and improve flexibility. Modifications are offered for every pose, making this class suitable for all levels. Class concludes with a short cool down followed by savanna (final resting pose).

Vinyasa Power Yoga: Uniting mind, body and spirit to transcend physical asana and create space for conscious evolution. Participants of all levels are empowered to experience Prana breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence with this fully-integrative approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers.

Walk2Run: This beginner’s running program will bridge the gap between walker and runner by teaching core principles for progression and lifetime maintenance. Graduates of this program will be equipped to handle a daily 15 minute run without stopping – the absolute baseline for all running progress!

Water in Motion: is the newest aqua exercise workout providing a low-impact, high-energy challenge for participants of all ages, skill and fitness levels. Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular workout that tones and tapers the entire body. With land-equivalent intensity, fantastic sing-along quality music, and dynamic instructors, you’ll enjoy the fun and catch the wave!

willPower Infusion: willPower Infusion is a powerful cardiovascular format based on its parent program The willPower Method. This 90-minute workout combines precise functional movements designed to strengthen the entire body with foot fitness methods and affirming willPower philosophy.

willPower Method: This class combines strong cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility training into one fluid format. This barefoot fusion class is sweaty and powerful, working the whole body and yielding great results.

Yoga: Let your energy flow during this class. Focus on your alignment and breathe through a series of standing and seated poses which incorporate balance and harmony. Elevate features classes in several disciplines including Restorative Yoga, Flow Yoga, Power Yoga and chair-optional Gentle Yoga. All classes feature modifications and pose variations so that all levels of students can make gains in strength and balance as well as achieve improved breathing and relaxation.

YogaFit: YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of Hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.

Zumba: Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring!
