Annual Fee: All members pay an annual fee one time per year. This fee is an industry-standard and is charged 60 days after your membership is activated and then annually on the same date thereafter. Our annual fee is a low $49 for levels one and two, and $69 for level three.

Cancellation Policy: Month to Month memberships may be canceled in person or online with a 30-day notice. Memberships with term agreements (expiration dates based on 12-month agreements) can only be terminated prior to the expiration date with a doctor’s note or proof of move. In these cases, 30 day notice is required at the time proof is provided along with a $50 cancellation fee. Following the end of the term agreement, these memberships can be canceled in person with 30-day notice.
