Certified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor Raelynn trains and teaches clients of all levels and abilities. On Facebook, she aims to bring Pilates principles and exercises to you at home to strengthen, lengthen and lean out your body while keeping you motivated and grateful. Elevate Dewitt General Manager and Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor Rachael guides you through 5 minute meditation for beginners along with some yoga practice, giving you a mind/body resource to stay strong, focused and calm during these uncertain times. If you haven’t – you can expect great music, high-energy, high-intensity and a lot of creative twists on the workouts you’re used to doing. From body-weight HIIT workouts to Spinning workouts on the bike, Lisa’s brining you lots of options live from her basement.

Not just workouts, but wellness and healthy living content ranging from Barre classes to strength training and nutrition and healthy recipes, Darcy brings her characteristic optimism and no-holds-barred attitude toward a healthy lifestyle for you and your family. 

You may have seen video of Personal Trainer Jeff being a total bad-ass with a mace (if you haven’t, check it out here). Or maybe you’ve seen (or heard) him leading bootcamps in the club.
