




At Elevate Fitness we do our best to communicate our policies clearly and directly. As is clearly stated in your membership agreement, Elevate Fitness reserves the right to change and/or modify its policies at its sole discretion at any time. We appreciate your cooperation.
Hours shall be subject to reasonable changes at the sole discretion of Elevate Fitness. Hours and amenities vary by location. Please view the specific location of your interest on this website to see the gym, pool, and class hours and schedules. The clubs observe special hours on holidays and are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Ages 18 and older – can sign an agreement and work out by themselves.
Ages 16 – 17 – a parent or legal guardian must sign an agreement and they can work out by themselves.
Ages 12 – 15 – a parent or legal guardian must sign an agreement and they have to work out and be with a parent/guardian or a trainer at all times.
Ages 11 and below – not able to work out unless with a special class or program.
Guest passes are available for purchase for out-of-town guests for $15 for the day or $35 for the week. Photo identification is required. Local guest passes may be acquired by members utilizing their rewards points for friends or guests or via our seasonal referral promotions only. Membership is required for local residents.
Elevate Fitness requires membership cards in order to check into the club, and has the right to require a second form of identification with a current photo such as a driver’s license if deemed necessary by Elevate Fitness.
Members agree that the use of their membership card by anyone other than the dues-paying members is prohibited and the card will be confiscated. Member also agrees that if he or she allows anyone else to use their membership card, he/she will pay a fee $150.00 to get the confiscated card back.
Elevate Fitness also requires that we take a photo of you to help make the check-in process quicker, easier, and help us protect our members.
There is no lap swimming during any scheduled water aerobics classes.
Only water aerobics participants are allowed in the pool during scheduled class time.
Stretching mats, medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, weight plates, or any other type of exercise equipment is prohibited in pool/spa areas.
NO food or beverages are allowed inside the pool/spa.
Everyone must rinse off the entire body along with swim attire before entering the pool/spa.
Members between 12 and 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian while in the pool area.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the pool/spa except during supervised swim lessons.
Street clothes, including but not limited to T-shirts, leggings, jeans, long sleeves, dresses, etc. are NOT ALLOWED in the pool/spa.
No running or diving into the pool.
Class foam weights, noodles, and water gloves are not to be removed from the pool area.
No personal radios or boom boxes are allowed on the pool deck at any time.
No profanity or fighting will be tolerated while in the pool area.
No outside pool toys or floating devices are allowed in the pool.
Absolutely no camera or video use in the locker room.
Respect other people’s property.
Please clean up towels and put trash in proper bins.
- Please clean up baby powder and other products you may use and spill/spread.
Lockers are for day use only.
Elevate Fitness will cut locks at the end of the night. Items left may be donated or disposed of.
We highly discourage you from bringing valuables into the gym, but in the event that you do so, LOCK your locker. The majority of items “stolen” have been due to unlocked lockers.
Please report any suspicious activity to management.
Please do not lounge or loiter in the locker room.
No unaccompanied children are allowed in the locker room area.
Please help us make everyone feel welcome and comfortable when working out.
Re-rack the equipment you use.
Be safe, use a spotter.
No dropping weights.
No excessive noise when lifting.
No profanity.
If you use chalk, clean up after yourself.
Wipe down equipment after use.
Share the equipment between sets.
Equipment can only be used on the workout floor.
Must follow the manufacturer’s warnings and instructions for any equipment you use.
Personal workout equipment is not allowed.
Personal training and/or coaching may only be performed by certified Elevate Fitness Staff.
Must be fully clothed, including athletic footwear. No open-toed shoes.
No staring, harassing, taking pictures or video, or fighting.
No children are allowed on the workout floor or equipment.
Weights are NOT allowed on cardio equipment.
No gym/workout bags, purses, motorcycle helmets, etc. on the workout floor.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Although we do our agreement signatures electronically, you can request a paper or digital copy of your agreement.
There is an annual fee that we bill once per year. The bill date is dependent upon when you get started with us and your agreement will have these details.
We automatically bill you monthly through a billing company named ABC Financial.
You can update your information with us at the club or by contacting your home club.
Some of our agreements have an obligation period where you are committing to the relationship for more than just 30 days, please see your agreement for details.
Late fees are assessed for each past due invoice. Please keep your billing information with us updated to minimize this from happening. We will need working billing information at least a week prior to your billing date. - Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. Paid in full memberships CANNOT be frozen for any reason. Memberships can be frozen a maximum of one time per year, unless medical authorization is provided for additional freezes. To extend a freeze beyond three months, you must provide either written medical authorization or documented proof a second residence in another state in which you take residence for a portion of the year.
The stereo equipment is to be used by Elevate Fitness staff only. Spaces in class must be reserved using the Elevate Fitness mobile app or online. The studio should be kept clear of personal belongings (shoes, bags, etc.).
