Yoga + Pilates
Take a break from the pressures of the real world with a private yoga or Pilates session, or in one of our Mind Body classes. Whether your goal is weight loss, injury prevention, recovery or simply taking time to slow down and breathe, our Mind Body classes are designed to complete approach to total body wellness and fitness. Our classes cater to all fitness and experience levels – our world-class Mind Body instructors can work with everyone from first timers to seasoned yogis.

Spinning is a high energy class with great music and motivating instructors taking you on a heart-pumping spin through imagined country sides, city scapes, and maybe even the Tour de France. Spinning is a high-calorie burn exercise that almost anyone can do. If you can ride a bike, you can reap the benefits of the workout that’s basically a party on a bike.

Our children’s swim lessons are so popular that parents have been known to line up an hour before registration opens just to secure a space for their child. The good news is, you don’t need to camp outside the night before to get a spot anymore! We’ve expanded our lesson program so that even more kids can grow up knowing how to safely swim and enjoy the life aquatic! No kids? No problem, we also offer private swim lessons (for children and adults), open lap swim, aquatics fitness classes and so much more.
