Youth Athletic Fundamentals Training at Elevate Fitness Gyms in Syracuse, NY

Elevate Fitness is excited to announce a new platform of fitness for kids to help maximize their athletic potential. The class will run over a six-week period and meet twice a week dependent on age group and fitness level. The training will be facilitated by certified athletic trainers. It will cover speed, agility, strength, balance, coordination, and endurance. The goal of this program is to enhance and cultivate optimum athletic performance. These exercises will focus on footwork, reaction speed, and improved change of direction. Exercises will include plyometrics, speed ladder drills, lateral jumps, box jumps, bosu ball balance, cone drills, jump rope, etc.


$150 for one session per week

$200 for two sessions per week
